Matt E. Earley,
President
Matt E. Earley holds a B.S.B.A. with a specialization in Production & Operations Management from Bowling Green State University, and a J.D. from Capital University Law School. Upon graduating law school, Matt was inducted into the Order of the Curia National Honorary Legal Fraternity, and also earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for outstanding achievement in the study of Unfair Trade Practices.
Matt worked for over seven years in the music industry for companies such as Sony Music Distribution and Arrow Distributing Company (now called EDGE Entertainment Distribution) before establishing his own law firm in 2006. During that time, Matt negotiated recording, distribution, and production contracts for several regional and national artists, and directly participated in the marketing efforts for many established artists. Additionally, during law school, Matt clerked for the distinguished entertainment attorney, Leon David Bass.
Matt also wrote the paper entitled "P2P Royalties: A Statutory Licensing Scheme" under the editing direction of Prof. Bob Berry, Professor Emeritus of Boston College Law School. Matt's paper explored the costs and benefits to implementing a royalty-based compulsory license upon music distributed through peer-to-peer networks.
Matt has a self-described passion for working with individuals and businesses who value the non-homogenized contribution to society that independently-owned businesses supply. It is this passion that led Matt to establish The Earley Law Firm, and merge his experiences in the music, supply chain, legal, and technology industries for the benefit of his clients. Matt currently practices in the areas of Business Law, Real Estate, and Entertainment Law. He is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Ohio and Federal District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

Eric D. Krajewski, Of Counsel
Eric D. Krajewski graduated Cum Laude from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Bowling Green State University, along with a Minor in Political Science. While at law school, Eric served as an Executive Editor of the Cleveland State Law Review.
Eric worked for the national law firm Buckley King, LPA in Cleveland, Ohio for a year as a legal clerk and two and a half years as a litigation associate prior to venturing out on his own. He is experienced in diverse areas of law including insurance defense, consumer law, plaintiff's personal injury, commercial & business litigation, toxic torts, and products liability
He carries key solo jury and bench trial experience in a variety of commercial, personal injury, and insurance litigation matters.
Eric currently handles trial and litigation work. He carries key solo jury and bench trial experience in a variety of commercial/business, personal injury, and insurance matters. He is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Ohio and the Colorado Supreme Court.

Aaron Scheeler, Of Counsel
Aaron Scheeler obtained his J.D. from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio. He currently practices law in the areas of business, real estate, estate planning, and general litigation. Aaron handles litigation projects for The Earley Law Firm.
